Overview

The monetary gift vouchers can be exchanged for, or contribute towards any Spa experience or Spa products (for non hotel residents, this can only be used towards spa day packages), Monetary gift vouchers are available to the value of £10, £20, £50 + £100.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you bring this voucher with you when you visit and present it to the team as it acts as payment.

Terms & Conditions 

Our Dream Spa Gift Vouchers feature a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.


            Delivery

Gift vouchers ordered online will be issued and dispatched on the following 
(working) day.  

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

All Gift vouchers will be posted by Royal Mail Signed for 1st. Collection is available

Validity

Monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and Spa Package vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
